Micro Post No. 3
Today for dinner I ventured into the land of seafood. I made pan fried fish cakes, of which I was quite proud. I even made a little dipping sauce by mixing some dried dill with yogurt. It was quite tasty! I had enough of the goop to make 8 total fish cakes, so I'll make two for each dinner I have. The trick is eating a smaller amount of something new and fresh with a bowl of instant couscous, which fills me up and compliments most things quite nicely. Instant couscous gives me life. (But I'm sure I'll be sick of it by the time I get home...)
